Raw ginger root

one hot Italian sausage link cut in smaller squares

Two radishes

A pinch of Himalayan sea salt

Fresh ground mixed pepper

Coriander

And some slap yo mamma seasoning 😉

poured some Bragg’s olive oil over everything in a medium-sized pan…covered it for 5 to 8 minutes…about 23 mins to cook up. Totally hitting the spot… -me +proof read this later…time to eat ;D
