3 overly ripe tomatoes
juice of one lemon (and some rind)
Fresh oregano, thyme, basil
one green jalapeno
Himalayan sea salt
white ground pepper
pinch or so of coriander
Some “slap yo mama” seasoning
some chopped medley of peppers, onions, celery, carrots
I think that was it…if I remember something I will add it later.
I also made a bean dip…turned out pretty good too if I do say so myself.
